Refund Policy
1. General Policy
Seereniitey Trade Private Limited provides customized digital and IT services.
Due to the nature of digital work and resource allocation, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.
By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Advance Payments
All advance payments are non-refundable once the project has been started.
Advance payment covers:
- Project planning
- Design work
- Resource allocation
- Development setup
3. Eligible Refund Cases
A refund (full or partial) may be approved only if:
- The project has not been started within 7 working days after receiving all required client details
- We are unable to deliver the service due to internal technical limitations
- The client cancels the order within 24 hours of payment and work has not begun
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after project start
- Delay caused by missing client content or approvals
- Client dislikes design despite meeting agreed requirements
- Completed projects or approved work
- Digital products already delivered
- Domain, hosting, or third-party purchases
- Service suspension due to policy violation
5. Revision Instead of Refund
If unsatisfied, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by:
- Providing revisions within project scope
- Fixing technical problems
- Adjusting design as per agreement
Refunds are considered only after resolution attempts.
6. Third-Party Costs
We do not refund third-party expenses including:
- Domain registration
- Hosting services
- Paid plugins or themes
- Payment gateway charges
These services are controlled by external providers.
7. Refund Processing
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days
- Amount will be returned via original payment method
8. Chargebacks
Initiating a payment dispute/chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate service suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Legal recovery action if required
