1. Acceptance of Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Work begins only after advance payment confirmation.
  • Pricing is agreed before project initiation.
  • Payments made are non-refundable once work has started (unless stated otherwise in refund policy).
  • Delay in payment may delay project delivery.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate content, images and business details
  • Respond to communication within reasonable time
  • Ensure ownership rights for submitted materials
  • Approve work stages on time

Project delays caused by the client will not be the company’s responsibility.

5. Revisions

  • Limited revisions are included as per selected package
  • Additional revisions may be charged
  • Major changes after approval will be treated as a new project

6. Intellectual Property

  • Final deliverables belong to the client after full payment
  • Source files are provided only if included in package
  • We may display completed work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is requested

7. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party providers such as:

  • Hosting companies
  • Payment gateways
  • APIs and plugins

We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or technical issues caused by third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Seereniitey Trade Private Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses
  • Revenue loss
  • Data loss
  • Indirect damages
  • Misuse of website by external users

Clients are responsible for maintaining backups after project delivery.

9. Support & Maintenance

  • Free support is provided only for the agreed support period
  • After the support period, paid maintenance applies
  • Support does not include major redesign or additional features

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Abusive behavior occurs
  • Illegal activities are detected

No refund will be issued in such cases.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India (Delhi Jurisdiction).

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.
